This long knife – short sword is coming from Sumatra and was in use by the Kar4o Batak people. The general shape is of the Klewang sword but the dimensions are smaller: 15 ½ inches single edge blade, 21 ½ inches total length in scabbard. Horn handle with forked pommel. Wood scabbard bound in silver bands. Very good condition allover. Few silver bands are missing.
