Up for sale is this very fine kattar push dagger, North India, probably late 18 C or there about. The short heavy blade 5 ½ inches long is forged from fine Indian wootz steel ( crystalline) and finely chiseled with a flower pattern. Armor piercing tip. Original leather covered scabbard with silver strips trimming. Total length 11 inches. Very good condition.
