Another interesting item from the endless variety of Indian sword. A 25 inches blade, re-curving style, with reinforced spine and ricasso typical to early Khanda swords and with a whole steel Tulwar style handle. Total length 29 ½ inches. Very good condition. Traces of silver koftgari work on the hilt. The shape of the blade with the reinforcement strips and the handle size and shape suggest a late 18 C. sword.
