Kampilan - the sword of the Sea Dayaks of Borneo and Moros of the Southern Philippines. Straight 28 inches long blade, widening toward its tip with curling cuts, pierced at the tip spine. Large wood handle beautifully carved with a forked pommel. The grip is bound with braided rattan with a very good age patina and set with a \n old silver coin. Total length 37 1/2 inches. Very Good condition . Small damage to the tip of the forked pommel. No scabbard.
