Very Good Moroccan Rifle Snaphaunce Lock - 7683
Up for sale is this very fine example of a Moroccan, early 19 C. rifle from the Sous valley in Morocco, also known locally as Afedali. Long, 46 inches barrel, bound to the wood stock with many engraved silver bands. Snaphauce type of lock. Highly decorative wood parts set with ivory pieces, silver strips and black and red wires.
