We offer for sale this fine Kothimora Khukuri dagger,. late 19th C. of very good quality. It has a large, heavy, down curving blade 14 inches long and finely forged. The hilt is bone with steel bolsters and steel pommel cover. The scabbard is wood covered with leather, mounted with beautifully chased silver locket and chape. Total length 19 inches. Very good condition. Some pitted spots on the blade. The left side bolster is lightly damaged. The compartment for the two by-knives is on the back side is missing.
