Very Fine 18 C. Turkish Straight Dagger - 0680
A fine and very decorative Turkish straight dagger, in a shape reminding the Caucasian Kindjals but with a decoration typical to the Ottoman/Turkish style of the 18 Century: Many Coral stones (more than hundred and fifty in this case) are set in chased and gilded silver hilt and scabbard. The blade is also typical to the Turkish style of the period and forged from pattern welded steel. For a very similar dagger see: Miller Y.A.
