This huge carved horn is more than 20 inches long, 5 inches wide at the bottom and 3 inches wide at top with chased brass top and bottom and carrying ring. It was probably used as Master Horn containing powder for a whole military unit. Probably of European origin, early 19 C. It should be noted that some people says it is a merely used for drinking wine. Very good condition. An absolutely unusual and interesting piece.
