We offer for sale this unique piece of Persian weaponry: The Qama to end all Qamas. The biggest sword of its kind we have ever seen: Massive, 34 ½ inches long more than 3 inches wide fullered blade forged from good steel and very sharp. It is shown below next to a more common Qama of average size. The blade is engraved and chiseled on both sides with the Qajar period style, depicting multi heads male and female demon figures and floral background. Horn grips, original wood scabbard with tooled leather cover. Total length 43 Inches, Weight more than 7 Lbs.. Good condition. Darkened spots and well patinated blade, worn scabbard. Open seams with fabric bands for fastening the separating halves. Scabbard tip is missing. Yet a very impressive sword.
