We offer here for sale an unusual Moro Barongs sword with heavy leaf shaped and very long 19 inches blade (longer than the usual 14 inches blades). Deadly sharp. The hilt is carved from a beautiful grained wood in an unusual form, bound with several braided rattan bands. The scabbard is wood , beautifully carved at the top and the tip. Total length 26 inches. Very good condition. Excellent age patina to the blade, with very minor edge nicks. Minor Repairs of cracks on the scabbard. The corner of the scabbard top is chipped.. Altogether a very impressive piece of weaponry.
