This unusual dagger / knife employ a heavy blade, 11 inches long with 6 inches back edge. The blade is fullered and marked, but probably a cut down from a longer sword (?) blade. Horn grips with Ivory pommel reminding the handle of a Choora knife, silver bolsters and silver grip strap. Silver mounted scabbard with the original red fabric cover. Good condition. A very interesting knife originating most probably in central Asia, may be Afghanistan.
