The Barudan is the General name for the Indo-Persian Powder flask. Here we offer for sale a late 19C. piece, made from wood, in a spiral shape 9 ½ inches in diameter and 3 inches in it thickest point, covered with lightly faded red fabric embroidered with silver threads in a beautiful flowers pattern. Red and green painted wood mounted mouth and a red leather (later?) hanging loop. Good condition. Some losses to the silver threads.
