Up for sale is this very elegant old Thai Dah sword. The blade is light and narrow, 18 inches long, well made. The long, 12 inches two handed handle is entirely covered with silver work with an onion shaped pommel (Classical Thai work) and so is the wood scabbard set with elaborately decorated silver bands. Total length (in scabbard) 31 ½ inches. Good condition. Good patina on the blade with minor pitted patches. All silver parts are beautifully age patinated. There is a minor damage to the silver handle and the scabbard tip. The pommel cup is lightly loose. Very low price.
