We offer here for sale a very fine 18C. Ottoman Miquelet Rifle. The 37 inches barrel is made of very nicely forged and twisted (Damascus) steel. The stock is heavily decorated with brass rondels and inlaid with beautifully designed bone and ivory pieces, with several of the ivory pieces dyed green. Near excellent condition. The brass barrel bands are old but later addition. Total length 49 1/2 inches. This is a rifle of fine quality with rare Damascus barrel.
