This is an old walrus tusk, dated to December 21 1923. 21 inches long, 1 X 1 ½ inches wide, scrimshawed with beautiful scenes and inscribed: WAY UP THE NORTH THE POL PIE IS RAG (?) SLED DEER AND RUSIA SIBERIAN. It was broken and re-glued long ago. Attractive price.
