Very Rare Two Handed Long Sword, India - 7248


One of the rarest forms on Indian weapons is this two handed straight long sword. It incorporates a straight double edge fullered blade, may be of European origin, 34 ½ inches long. The handle is composed of beautifully dyed wood sectors in red green and black. The handle sectors are separated by brass discs, forming three ball shaped guards and pommel. Handle length 14 inches. Total length 49 inches. Very good condition. No scabbard
