A very good Khayber sword from the area of the Khayber pass between Afghanistan and Pakistan. It is characterized by the single edge heavy blade with pronounced “T” shape spine. This specimen is of very good quality, with Indian wootz (Crystalline) steel and Ivory grips. The hilt bolster and the grip strap are also made from high quality wootz. The original scabbard is covered with black leather and mounted with steel fittings.
