Up for sale is this beautiful Burmese Dah Sword, With a heavy blade, 25 inches long, entirely inlaid with silver koftgari decoration of human figures and animals and inscription in Burmese. Also the spine is set with silver decoration. The long 10 inches grip is entirely covered with silver and finely decorated in a similar style on black background. The wood scabbard is entirely covered with silver. Total length 36 inches. Very good condition. Minor damage to the silver near the scabbard tip. A fine sword of quality.
