A Classical large and heavy two handed fighting sword Dha from Thailand. . The slightly curved heavy blade is 23 inches long. The grip is wood, 12 ? inches long and entirely covered with thin silver foil and silver mesh and rings and with a big onion shape silver pommel (classical Thai style). The wood scabbard is also entirely covered with silver decorated with fine silver filigree work. Total length 37 inches. Good condition. Nice black age patina on the silver. Some damage to the silver at the scabbard top and a small damaged area on the handle.
