We offer for sale this PATA the famous Indian gauntlet sword, a development from the Kattar push dagger (or the other way around) . It has a massive , 36 inches long, single edge blade with a inches reverse edge. It is most probably of European origin and may date back to the 17 C. The gauntlet is made of steel decorated with chasing design. Total length 40 inches. Very good condition, only minor superficial pitted spots on the blade.
