Up for sale is this very unusual Dah, with a rather short and heavy blade, 15 inches long and very long handle, 18 inches long. The handle is wood. Bound with braided rattan and fibers bands, brass square cross guard and steel collar. The scabbard is very light wood bound with lacquer blackened rattan. Good condition. Some later grinding signs on the blade, and very good age patina on the handle. The scabbard is split and cracked in several places.
