Up for sale is this very unusual Ethiopian sword, with a classical large two section Rhino horn handle with a clear fibrous structure and a blade very similar to a Persian Qama blade, 25 ½ inches long 2 ½ inches wide with a central fuller. The blade is engraved with two Persian (?) lions on one side and Christian angles (?) on the other side. Leather scabbard with original leather belt. Total length 32 inches. Good condition. Few age chops to the horn and slightly worn leather.
